Responsabilities
As a Business Program Manager, you will oversee and manage a range of business-related projects following the organization’s methodology. You ensure their implementation according to agreed timelines, budgets, and objectives, thereby contributing to the successful execution of the company’s transformation plan.
You will be part of the Transformation Team and report directly to the Head of Transformation. The key responsibilities and expected results include: Process Analysis & Design
You define the main outlines of projects in a Business Case (scoping, budget estimation, high-level resource planning, milestones, etc.) in order to propose a global approach and obtain validation.
Project Development & Implementation
You coordinate the activities of the project teams to ensure optimal alignment with deadlines, budgets, and the expectations of business stakeholders.
Change Management & Communication
In collaboration with the Change teams, you establish change communication plans and coordinate the related activities (communication, training, coaching, etc.).
Knowledge & Experience Sharing
Whether in project/program management or change management, you share ideas and expertise with colleagues, managers, and directors to contribute to the development and improvement of transformation management within the organization.
Experience & qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
Min 5 years of experience as a Project and/or Program Manager.
Solid understanding of business processes in Retail and/or the pharmaceutical sector.
Capable of influencing, convincing, and challenging.
Pragmatic, structured, and organized.
Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks.
Client-oriented: clients are at the heart of your processes and methods, and you monitor their satisfaction regularly.
Action-oriented: you structure activities and translate company guidelines into concrete, measurable objectives.
You monitor efficiency, deploy the right resources, and take proactive measures to anticipate future obstacles.
You provide targeted advice to others inside and outside the organization, building trusted relationships based on credibility and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch, with a good understanding of English, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels, through written documents, presentations and verbal communication
Personnality While being autonomous, the Business Program Manager understands when to seek guidance, provide updates, or request support as needed. With a foundation of transparency and integrity, the candidate engages effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
