Responsabilities
As Senior Cloud Solution Lead you will provide functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for a customer Infrastructure.
You participate in the pre-sale phases, from the definition of the response strategy to the design and implementation of Cloud and Infrastructure Solution for large companies.
You will have the opportunity to train and certify through Cloud provider programs (Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, ...) and intervene on:
Gather business & technical requirements from clients to help develop solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations - translating the solutions into meaningful experiments supported by business cases
Craft solution offerings to solve customers' challenges and go-to-market plays that include business and commercial cases, first call decks, marketing material and other repeatable assets
Prepare, deliver the material and propositions for customers
Depending on the complexity, lead a Team to help in drafting the E2E Solution
Define the cost and the price of the solution
Responsible for development of the end-to-end solution (Transformation, Transition and Run) covering multiple service lines and/or technology domains
Owns internal stakeholder management and visibility of core solution related metrics to approvers
Supports Sales Lead in pre-qualification activities, including ROM costing and early solution shaping as appropriate
Liaising with the broader team, Portfolio team, Delivery Lead, Developers team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
Perform regular technology monitoring to keep your skills up to date on the various cloud providers
The maintenance, capitalization and dissemination of the Cloud offering (Design, build and Run) for sales teams
Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirements - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them.
Comfortable negotiating technical aspects with the C-suite
Experience & qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities and skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a Technology oriented role covering Solution and/or Technology Architecture
Experience in areas like Data Center Management, Cloud Management, Infrastructure Management …
Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for the clients
Able to demonstrate entrepreneurship skills and dare to take accountability to solution in an E2E solution for customers.
Results-oriented with a strong customer focus and proven leadership abilities.
A true team player, capable of fostering collaboration and driving collective success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders at all levels, through written documents, presentations and verbal communication
Being able to discuss with customers in the 3 languages will be seen as strong value as the role is customer facing in Belgium and Luxembourg.
