Our customer, active in the automobile sector is looking for an Helpdesk - Support expert
to join them in their headquarters.

You will integrate the IT department, which mainly handles system and network administration as well as monitoring and operational support of all our sites. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team wit excellent working atmosphere.
You will be in charge for:
- Support to the end-users and headquarters in terms of hardware (PC, printers, network) and software
- Hardware and software installation
- Professional follow up on incidents: ticketing system, mail
- Support to IT projects, documentation of processes and projects
We are looking for a person which is passionate about IT with the following skillset :
- Background : Bachelor in IT or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge & Skills:
- broad ICT knowledge and interest: Microsoft, MS Office, Linux
- Knowledge of printer systems
- MS Server, Linux is an advantage
- Notions of SQL
- Communication skills in Dutch and French as you will be in daily contact with the users
