Process/Program Manager

For one of our client based in Brussels, we are looking for a Process/Program Manager.

Your role

  • Write out of the programs /projects governance & roadmap

  • Be the SPOC towards strategic & implementation teams 

  • Coordinate the analysis of the requirements with all concerned stakeholders (internal & external stakeholders) end to end

  • Coordinate & follow-up of the roadmapswith the different ideation, build, testing, change management phases in an agile way

  • Follow-up of the program/project budget, scope, resources,..

  • Manage communication towards all stakeholders on the evolutions, risks & issues and corrective measurements

  • Manage & assure documentation of the different impacted procedures & processes
  • Proactively propose and implement changes to improve: the existing tools, procedures/process, closings with objective to simplify the current architecture & processes
Your profile
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in Program Management
  • Very good knowledge of change management methodologies,  and project management methodologies

  • Experience in the banking/finance sector
  • Good expertise in MS Office

  • Good understanding of work flow processes

  • Strong organizational and business strategy insight


What our client offers

Our client offers a temporary contract for a duration of 9 months and a daily rate in line with your experience.
