For one of our client based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Senior recruiter (freelance).
- Sourcing and pre-selection of candidates
- Search candidates with different social networking websites, online recruitment databases and internal database
- Conduct interviews in close collaboration with the hiring managers
- Responsible of the onboarding of new candidates
- You have at least 10 years of experience in recruitment
- You are bilingual Dutch and French, a good level in English is a plus
- You are proactive, a good communicator and result oriented.
- You have experience in a corporate environment.
The client is looking for a consultant who could start ASAP for a mission of 8 month (full time). We are also interested in onboarding people for a permanent position.
