For one of our client based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Junior recruiter.
- Sourcing and pre-selection of candidates
- Search candidates with different social networking websites, online recruitment databases and their internal database
- Conduct phone screenings
- Screen digital interviews
- First experience in recruitment (within 1-3 years experience)
- You are bilingual Dutch and French, a good level in English is a plus
- First experience in screening, selection and interviewing with an ATS, in digital interviewing, testing (assessment tools), sourcing
- You are proactive, a good communicator and result oriented.
The client is looking for a consultant who could start ASAP for a mission of 6 months.
