IT Support Team Leader

Location: Brussels, Belgium, Belgium

Do you have:
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Microsoft skills (mainly OS and automation)
  • Network and IP skills, ideally with certification
  • ITIL knowledge

  • 5 to 10 years of experience
  • a confirmed Team Lead experience? 
This is an exciting position available in Brussels (permanent position, not open for contractors). 
 
Your main tasks: 
  • Manage the day to day running of the Brussels IT Proximity services and coordinate the rest of the team. 
    • These services include managing to completion and resolution, of all Service Now queues, incident and request tickets, relating to the Bruseels proximty and level 2 services. 
  • Work with the various service providers, to provide an efficient level of service within the required SLAs.
  • Work with the local application & infrastructure teams to deliver the required services.
  • Provide regular reporting on all IT Security policy enforcement.
  • Assist with all project work as and when required 
  • Work in collaboration with other regional teams (Madrid, London..), to develop and enhance and service delivery.
  • Work in collaboration with the Madrid service desk, to manage and deliver the services.
  • Coordinate team tasks, so as to maintain the required SLAs, also in accordance to hours of coverage.
  • Manage and coordinate all end user hardware and software procurement, within the agreed budget.
  • Manage all team admin tasks, such as timesheet completion/approvals
 
Required experience
 
  • Bachelor in IT or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years in an IT support function including team leading
  • Experience in multi cultural environment is a plus
