Sales Executive (BPO/hunter profile)

Our customer offers Electronic Document Management services to paper-intensive organizations looking to transform their business and optimize their processes by use of deep learning neural networks. The BPO services target large contracts and perform document reception, classification, scanning and metadata encoding of about 30 million documents each year. 
Due to steady growth and in order to support the company ambitions, our customer is on the lookout for new key permanent Business to Business Sales Executive.  
The B2B Sales Executive is based in Brussels and will be in charge for the Belgian territory.

You will commit to delivering on sales quotas while providing superior customer service. Multi-tasking and detail oriented skills are required for this fast paced, high-energy and rewarding position. 
Success in this position requires a highly motivated, confident, self-starter with a positive attitude. 
The Sales Executive creatively meets and exceeds our business goals by developing new and existing clients while delivering exceptional service. 
Main responsibilities
  • Identifying, developing and closing new business 
  • Plan and execute the prospecting strategy (targeted cold calls, tele-prospecting, email and social media) 
  • Timely approach all leads passed to you 
  • Manage a calendar of prospect-facing sales meetings 
  • Convert your short-term and long-term opportunity pipelines into new customer revenue 
  • Effectively negotiate and close business 
  • Ensure the successful development of new accounts and the transition of these accounts to the service team 
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quota goals 
This position interfaces with Customers and management staff. B2B Sales Executive will report to the General Manager. 
Knowledge & Skill requirements
  • 10 years of sales experience within a solution selling approach 
  • Experience with large BPO contracts, high volume documents scanning and recognition.
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and/or Deep Neural Networks in order to position the company competitive advantages
  • Fluent in French, English and Dutch 
  • Strong work ethic, 'hunter' sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated 
  • Solid prospecting abilities - It's like prospecting for gold, you can't be shy! 
  • Skillful negotiation, presentation and closing abilities 
  • Ability to be a team player but also work independently 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 
  • Valid Driver License and clean driving record are a must 
  • Experience with or other CRM /sales database systems 
  • Outstanding managerial and communication skills. 
Working conditions
  • This position will have access to extremely sensitive data and information. Confidentiality and discretion is required at all times.   
  • Frequent travelling is required.
  • As part of a the Management team, working hours require flexibility.
  • Will be working under strict deadlines and confidentiality.
